These weekly classes will focus on educating and guiding you through meditations and teaching you many tools to use on your own during meditation and in your daily life.Along with teachings each week, you will learn and be guided through the following formal meditations:
- Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness/Meditation and Guided Triangle of Awareness Practice
- Week 2: Breath Practice
- Week 3: Body Scan Practice
- Week 4: Sound Practice
- Week 5: Standing/Walking Practice
