Class includes seated, standing, and supine poses. The vinyasa segment moves at a
moderate pace allowing alignment cues to be woven in. A slower flow is accessible

Join us for free Exhale to Inhale yoga classes designed to help you manage stress and connect with your body. Live on Zoom every Friday! Starts on February 16, but you can join at any time.
These 45-minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include a brief centering and uplifting weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Emmet Phipps (nurse practitioner at Health Services) and Emma Waldner (graduate intern at Counseling Services) will cofacilitate this group. We hope to create a space where students can speak to one another about their experiences with chronic illness, find support, share information, and get connected to resources.

These 45-minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include a brief centering and uplifting weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice.
